I am an authorised clinical psychologist and a specialist in psychotherapy, working in private practice in Aarhus, Denmark. My clinical work is in ISTDP, and I teach and supervise clinicians working with the method.
I am an IEDTA-Certified Teacher and a board member of the Danish Association of ISTDP. I am currently in Training of Trainers with Jon Frederickson and receive ongoing supervision from Allan Abbass.

Clinical work
Individual psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. I have practised privately in Aarhus since 2015.
Earlier in my career I worked mainly with children, adolescents and families. Since 2019 my practice has been primarily with adults.
Alongside the practice I run group programmes for incarcerated parents in several East Jutland prisons, in collaboration with the relatives' organisation SAVN. The focus is on supporting their children under the conditions imprisonment creates.

Before specialising in the psychodynamic tradition I trained in cognitive behavioural therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Teaching and supervision
I teach and supervise clinicians working with ISTDP, in small groups and individually, using video-based case discussion and technical training in ISTDP principles.
Teaching in psychotherapy is always built on video recordings of my own clinical work. In supervision I recommend working from recordings of your own, and on the CORE training it is a condition.
From January 2027 I run a three-year CORE training in ISTDP in Aarhus with Karen Dinsmore, Allan Abbass and Brian Kok Ravn. It is pre-approved by the Danish Psychological Association towards the specialist programme in psychotherapy.
I have also taught introductory courses on ISTDP since 2021, and lectured on ISTDP at Aarhus University in November 2022 and January 2026.
Since 2015 I have taught continuing education programmes for foster parents across Denmark, on psychological development, attachment, trauma and emotional regulation.
